About The Artist - Brother Joel got born again in 1989 in a
small prayer group in Kinshasa, RD Congo. After discovering his
calling, he started a 3-person choir, which turned to more than 30
persons. He first recorded in 1992 with friends (Kache Kashala in
Sanjolama) in South Africa, then 10 more through musical
arrangements. After a blessing performance and exposure in Texas
(Dr. Tony Evans, Bishop TD Jakes, and the African community), he
moved to Mont-Carmel Church (Charlotte, NC) in 2002 and became Music
Director.
His first solo Album "Just one word" was recorded in 2005 with the
help of Gilbert
Mulamba producer, Pajo Tsasa producer Elisha production with
pastor Florian Kamanda Executive producer and many other friends.
Brother Joel is currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina where
he lives with his wife and son. |

Joel is my brother in Christ, and
there are couple songs in this album that i am crazy of. This Cd
blesses each time i am listen to it, Let me say that God has used
this man of God in a mighty way that we can't possibly imagine, if
you don't listen to lingala, then you are missing a great blessing
out these songs, i must say. Anyway, I love for you to listen or
find someone who speak lingala and make translate you songs in
English, and by then you know what Joel is sing about, then worship
God, you'll be bless. I love this CD, I just do, and I am speechless
because i am blessed through this album, may god bless Joel and mamu
mbuyi, and donel, I love you y'all.
