INSTRUCTIONS
There are certain things you can do to conserve your kwanga for a
longtime:
1. Keep your kwanga in the freezer if you don't plan to eat it right
away
2. Keep it in the cooler part of the refrigerator if you plan to eat it
within a week
Before you serve it after being conserved in the refrigerator or
freezer. Let it thaw out with leaves on to normal temperature
Microwave:
Warm it up with leaves on in the microwave for 3 minutes or longer if
necessary.
Turn it over for consistency
Cooking:
Let it boil in hot water for 10 to 20 minutes
CAUTION
Do not remove leaves before
microwaving or boiling. Remove leaves before eating. Do not eat leaves.
