OUR STORY?
Schekina Christian Center was planted by Pastors Joe & Ida Kamanda
in January of 2003. God gave the Pastors a vision to build a
distinctively different church in the city of Chicago, where people
from all cultures and nations would be taught and given an example
of holiness, excellence, character, and integrity.
OUR GOAL
is to reach the hurting and the lost with the message of faith and a
loving touch to help men and women overcome challenges in life. |
OUR MISSION is to be a training
center where men and women can be equipped and trained on how they
can function as people of Purpose, Prayer, Power and Prosperity.
This mandate is being fulfilled by teaching the reality of the
gospel in a simplistic fashion.
As a result, we are learning how to achieve victory in every area of
our lives, our communities and throughout the world.
